Singer Luís Represas dies
The Portuguese artist has died at the age of 69, succumbing to complications from a long-standing illness, his family confirmed.

The singer is thought to have died after a long illness. According to the statement, the Portuguese artist, who was marking 50 years of his career this year, had planned "unforgettable moments with Trovante and, in his solo work, with hits that span generations".
A photograph, in what amounted to a farewell, was posted on the singer’s Instagram page just moments ago.
