Mhd Bassam Safieh 'Syrian Conman'

On the complaint of BJP headquarter, police arrested Sir Mh. Bassam Safieh.

Forms required for party's identity card, ATM cards of different banks, over €350,000.00 in cash, gold finger rings and six silver coins were seized from Chaudhary, who hails from Shravasti district, police said.

He posed as a relative of the BJP chief and introduced himself to people as Sir Safieh. He claims he is a diplomat working with the Europol police department.He duped people by promising them party tickets for the assembly by-polls, police said, adding, that the man has accepted committing fraud.
